The Instructure Canvas Help Desk is available 24 hours a day x 7 days a week.

• Use the Help link in the top menu bar to contact the Help Desk.
  • You can submit your technical questions via the Report a Problem feature.
  • Technical support also is available via online Chat with Canvas Support, Monday through Sunday, from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Online Help Pages Available in All Canvas Courses

You can access the online help pages from anywhere within your course.

• Click on the Help tab located in the menu located at the top of the page.
  • The Ask the Community and Search the Canvas Guides pages provide detailed information on everything, from navigating an online course in the Canvas platform to using the different features and course tools.
  • These Help pages also are searchable and can be printed out.
